Quando acquisti una foto del mio sito web per utilizzo personale, questo significa che:
PUOI

- Pubblicarla sui tuoi account di social media o il tuo sito web ufficiale
- Usarla per pubblicizzare i tuoi cavalli in vendita
- Stampala per la tua parete di casa, scuderia o per donarla ad un proprietario
NON PUOI
- Cederla ad una rivista o un giornale
- Cederla agli sponsor o aziende per i loro social media o pubblicità
- Cederla a terzi senza autorizzazione scritta.

Il 99% di voi è molto attento, ma spesso accadono veri e propri errori e sempre più aziende si approfittano delle persone che semplicemente non conoscono le linee guida e chiedono le foto direttamente ai cavalieri piuttosto che ai fotografi, loro quando sanno benissimo di non poter utilizzare le immagini.

Lo stesso vale per qualsiasi foto di qualsiasi altro fotografo, queste non sono solo le mie regole di licenza delle immagini, sono le regole standard.
Quindi, se sei un'azienda che utilizza in modo improprio le mie foto, non sorprenderti se ricevi una fattura con richiesta di pagamento, e l'offerta di rimuovere semplicemente la foto non è un'opzione accettabile poiché l'immagine è già stata utilizzata.
Prenditi cura dei tuoi fotografi e loro si prenderanno cura di te!

Hi, this is just another timely reminder about photo copyrights and licences.
When you purchase a photo of my website you are purchasing a personal use only license with it, this means
YOU CAN
- Post on your own social media accounts or on your official web site
- Use to advertise your horses for sale
- Print it out for your wall at home, stable or your horse owner
YOU CAN’T
- Supply to a Magazine and Newspaper
- Give photos to Sponsors or Companies for their social media or advertising
- Give to any other third party without written permission.

99% of you are wonderful, but often genuine mistakes happen and more and more businesses are taking advantage of people simply not knowing the guidelines and asking for photos directly from riders rather than photographers when they know full well they cannot use images that they haven’t purchased themselves.
If ANY third party asks for a professional photo you have purchased and you aren’t sure of the rules, just put them in touch with me and I will be happy to sort it - info@massimoargenziano.it
Same goes for any photo by any photographer, these aren’t just my image licensing rules, they are fairly standard so photographers.
So if you are a company exploiting these guidelines please don't be surprised if you get an invoice sent your way - and offering to just remove the photo instead is also not an option as the image has already been used.
Look after your photographers, and they will look after you!
